Insurance Patients

Arizona Hearing Specialists is a Preferred Provider for most major health insurance plans and HMOs. The list below covers most insurance we carry but if you don’t see yours on the list, check with us. Chances are we can make adjustments to accept your coverage. We are also experts in knowing what the different insurance plans cover and how to best use your insurance to help with the cost of solving your hearing loss.

Cash Patients

As a cash patient, you are asked to pay for services at the time of each appointment unless our Finance Department has approved other arrangements for payment. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, or VISA. Returned checks will be subject to a $20 charge.
